I've been helping people buy and sell homes in the Treasure Valley since 2020. I work solo, with no team and no hand-offs, so the person you talk to on day one is the same person handling your inspection, your negotiation, and your closing.
Clients tell me the same things again and again: I answer fast, I explain things in plain language, and I stay on it until it's done. That matters most when something unexpected comes up, like an inspection surprise or a closing that has to happen while you're out of town. I've handled both, personally.
I work with buyers and sellers at every price point, from first homes and condos to larger single-family homes and land, with most of my business in Ada and Canyon counties.
Where I Work
Most of my clients are buying or selling in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa, and Caldwell. I also work in Elmore County and take on occasional rural and recreational properties in Valley and Boise counties.
